Head In-charge: A female; to manage and supervise the entire activities of the children and staff

Mother maids: 5 Females , one each for 16 children to take care of them like a mother , help them in changing dress, prepare them for school, lead them to dining hall on scheduled hours, set up their time table for various activities as well as day and night care

Receptionist: To manage visitors affairs

Accountant: To manage all accounts affairs

Kitchen Staff: One head cook, 3 helpers

Schooling: Our very own, "Hamara School System", offering excellent curriculum of oxford to the students of early classes, have been preferred for the education of these orphan children. For senior classes we have affiliated with federal board

Holy Education: One Qaria (female/male) to impart Islamic Education

Extra School Coaching: Two teachers have been engaged for extra coaching of children to get their home work done

Computer Lab: The centre is facilitated with a computer lab in order to provide Computer Education, a computer instructor has been inducted who comes in evening for similar purpose

Medical Assistance: We have registered every child of our house with Shifa Health Care Centre D-13. Every girls in our house has gone through proper medical check-ups before the enrolment. Their day to day medical record is being maintained in the same hospital

Dispensary: One female nurse 24/7 to handle any mishap or emergency situation, equipped with a stand by ambulance

Nutritionists: We also invite different nutritionists to check their balanced diet time to time

Workshops: We arrange workshops in collaboration with different NGOs for the grooming and capacity building of enrolled orphans

Physical Activities: The children at Hamara Ghar, engage in different sports and outdoor activities. Taekwondo classes are also held regularly at the centre for training and physical fitness

Aim: We are seeking sponsorship for Hamara Ghar new centre for boys. Break up of this proposal is illustrated below

Monthly Expenses Of One Centre:
Education Expenses: Rs. 400,000

Medical Expenses: Rs. 300,000

Food Expenses: Rs. 400,000

Security, Building Maintenance & Staff Salaries: Rs. 400,000

Total Rs. 1,500,000/Month/Centre

Yearly Expenses Of One Centre:
Total Expenses per Year 100 children : Rs. 18,000,000/Year/Centre

Aim: This proposal is for individuals who wants to sponsor one or more children residing in Hamara Ghar

Monthly Expenses Of Child:
Education Expenses (Including , uniform, school shoes, stationary): Rs.4,000

Medical Expenses: Rs.3,000

Food Expenses (As per prescribed menu by nutritionist): Rs.4,000

Security, Building Maintenance + Staff Salaries: Rs. 4,000

Total Expenses per month per child = Rs.15,000/Month /Child

General Terms:
Sponsor person will not be authorized to keep a child at home, he may meet him on holidays in premises of Hamara Ghar.

Payment can be made in shape of Cheque /pay order/ cash for the period of one month/three months/six month/year in advance.

Aim: School building is on rent which is very expensive, and not affordable .By the grace of Allah Almighty we have started construction of new orphanage building & school for Hamara Ghar Welfare Trust right after Eid ul Fitr 2022. Every unit can be named after their beloved ones as Sadqa e Jaaria as donation
